Plus, the variety at breakfast, especially those delicious croissants, energized me for thrilling ski adventures ahead.

The access to the hiking trails and skiing around Biollay Lake was fantastic for our family. The staff really stood out for their friendliness, particularly a young lady at breakfast who was always so upbeat! We appreciated the clean and comfortable atmosphere during our stay with 4 children.

I just returned from an amazing 4-night stay with an outstanding lake view! The breakfast was almost perfect with delicious croissants, but I missed some fresh fruit. The ski store was super convenient. Definitely coming back!

great service but room for improvement

The receptionists were incredible. They were friendly and spoke excellent English. My child received a nice surprise Christmas gift, which made the stay memorable. The lake view from our room added a stunning backdrop to our mornings, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Ski equipment storage was super convenient, making it easy to access my gear right from the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal after a long day on the slopes. I appreciated the multilingual staff who were always attentive and helpful. On the downside, I encountered some maintenance issues, like a broken bathroom door knob. The service felt inconsistent at times, especially regarding room cleanliness. my room wasn’t serviced daily. The elevator can get crowded during peak times, which made the experience a bit less enjoyable. I also experienced delays with my ski pass, having to resolve issues that should have been handled by the hotel staff faster. Another evening, I found the dinner offerings a bit repetitive, and the pool was unavailable during my stay. the combination of stunning views and solid breakfast made my stay enjoyable, yet some aspects left much to be desired.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. The breakfast buffet was varied and well-prepared, with highlights like delicious croissants and an array of hot options. I found some dinner choices a bit repetitive, which slightly dampened my experience.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, valet parking, and ski equipment hire. I remember the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.

Just an excellent fit for shopping in Courchevel with definitely value for money. The shuttle service was always on time and super convenient for getting around.
